The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 laptop makes your virtual reality experience a delight. The power and speed of this laptop can handle graphics heavy experiences and games where lesser machines struggle. If you want to project the virtual reality action to a TV or projector, you will need to rent the VR Ready Geforce GTX 1060 Laptop w/Video Out. The Oculus Rift or HTC Vive headset require a dedicated HDMI, and most laptops are not built to output to a second display (ie a TV or projector). Note: When you receive the laptop, the wifi may be disabled. The necessary updates for both the laptop and the VR operating system (Oculus or Steam) will be downloaded and installed, so you’ll be able to play any experience that doesn’t require internet (which includes nearly every experience we preload). If you decide to connect to the internet, it’s possible that you will need to perform an update to the computer since we can not control GeForce (graphics card), Oculus, or Steam software updates and they are not announced prior to the date they are pushed.
