The Samsung Gear VR headset was one of the first standalone headsets that allowed you to put your Samsung phone in a device and enter virtual reality. It was the first standalone Oculus headset. Our partners’ Samsung Gear VR rental includes a Samsung Galaxy S7 so that you are ready to go once the equipment arrives.

While the Samsung Gear VR has been one of the most useful virtual reality headset, the Oculus Go has since replaced it as a superior product with nearly all the same features, games, and operating system (Oculus) for a lower price – hence why the Oculus Go rental price is much lower than the Gear VR. We only offer the Gear VR as a single unit. If you would like multiple headsets, we recommend the Oculus Go.

Each Samsung Gear VR & Samsung Galaxy S7 rental includes some AA batteries.

The Samsung Gear VR & Samsung Galaxy S7 can be set-up with the same experiences as the Oculus Go.
