Virtual Reality Team Building

When you’re looking for a great activity for your team to have a fun time working to solve something together – look no further.

Our partners’ Virtual Reality Team Building experience has your team diffusing a bomb in VR using Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes. Groups of four are given one Oculus Go. One person takes the role of diffusing the bomb in VR while the other three are helping to decipher the clues on the bomb using a printed manual to determine what wires to cut. This is consistently considered one of the best team-building experiences in VR.

While groups are diffusing virtual bombs, one group at a time will get some time to play with the Oculus Rift. You’ll be able to play a best-selling game like Beat Saber so that everyone has a chance to play a fun virtual reality game.

VR Team Building

We break everyone into teams of 4 to play Keep Talking & Nobody Explodes, a fun communications game that’s perfect for team building. One team member puts on the Oculus Go VR headset and they see a virtual bomb in front of them. The other 3 team members use a printed manual. Together, they must decipher the clues to diffuse the bomb! We keep track of the team who diffused the bomb and they win an extra 15 min session with the Oculus Rift headsets.

After every team has had one turn at playing the team-building game, we rotate each group of 4 to the Oculus Rift station for a 15 minute free play with Beat Saber, Space Pirate Trainer, or another Oculus Rift experience you think would be awesome for your team.

What if I want something bigger?
Our partners can accommodate that! They have a large inventory of Oculus Go headsets and Oculus Rift rental headsets for rent.

Yes. Our partners’ virtual reality rental packages can be customized. There is a cost increase for each Oculus Rift rental that you swap for an HTC Vive rental.

How easy is it to use VR?
Virtual reality is pretty intuitive, especially the Oculus Go. You use a hand controller that has only a couple buttons to interact with the various VR experiences that we provide. Our partners do a personal one-on-one quick tutorial when we set-up each person in their headset for the first time. By the second time, you can usually do it yourself and most kids insist on doing it themselves.

How will my team benefit from Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes?
The person in VR takes the role of the bomb diffuser. You are the only one who can see what the virtual bomb looks like. The markings on the virtual bomb will help you determine what wires to cut or buttons to press. Your three teammates (up to 4) have the printed bomb manual in real life (IRL). Work together as a team to decipher what the symbols mean to diffuse the bomb within 10 minutes. Oh, and try to minimize mistakes. Your team depends on it.
